Jamaica Strong Benefit Concert: Caribbean Stars Unite for Hurricane Relief

December 12, 2025 | UBS Arena, Belmont Park, New York

When disaster strikes, the global community has a choice: stand by or stand together. On December 12, 2025, the Jamaica Strong Benefit Concert will transform UBS Arena into a powerful symbol of hope, unity, and resilience as Caribbean music’s biggest stars gather to support families devastated by Hurricane Melissa.

A Night of Music with Purpose

This isn’t just another concert—it’s a movement. Produced under the “I Love Jamaica Concert Series” in partnership with the Government of Jamaica, the event brings together an extraordinary lineup of talent, all united by a common goal: raising critical funds for Jamaica’s official Hurricane Relief & Recovery Fund.

Star-Studded Lineup

The evening will feature special guest appearances from international superstars Shaggy and Sean Paul, whose presence underscores the cultural significance of this humanitarian effort. Their commitment to Jamaica runs deep, and they’re lending their voices—and their platforms—to make a real difference.

Joining them on stage will be:

  • Marcia Griffiths, the Queen of Reggae
  • KES
  • Inner Circle
  • Ky-Mani Marley
  • Tessanne Chin
  • Kevin Downswell
  • Aidonia
  • Chronic Law
  • I-Octane
  • Demarco
  • T.O.K.
  • Gramps Morgan
  • Richie Stephens
  • Mikey Spice

And that’s just the beginning—more artists will be announced in the coming weeks.

Where Your Money Goes

Transparency matters. Every dollar raised will be distributed to approved beneficiaries working directly on the ground:

  • Shaggy’s Make A Difference Foundation – Providing essential support to communities in need
  • Food For The Poor (Sean Paul’s preferred charity) – Delivering food assistance and aid
  • The Government of Jamaica’s Hurricane Melissa Relief Fund – Coordinating housing, education support, medical aid, and infrastructure restoration

These organizations are already hard at work rebuilding lives, homes, and hope across Jamaica.

The Power of the Diaspora

George Crooks, CEO of Jammins Events, summed it up perfectly: “This is more than a concert—it’s a movement. Every ticket purchased directly supports rebuilding lives, homes, and hope in Jamaica.”

The event is produced by a coalition of respected organizations—Jammins Events, Irie Jam Radio, and Roadblock Radio—in association with the Consulate General of Jamaica to New York. Together, they’re harnessing the power of music and the strength of the global Jamaican diaspora to create lasting impact.
